COVID 19 Protocol
Client safety has been and continues to be a top priority for our company; it’s even in our name. Safety is not an empty notion for us; the actions of our staff are driven by the policies we make. The following is provided to offer information to our valued clients in an effort to demonstrate our commitment to your safety, educate you on our practices & set expectations regarding service provision.
Since the COVID 19 outbreak we have sought to exercise due caution when providing service. Initially we ceased operations in all markets on February 28. We re-opened on April 28 in some markets and are accepting reservations on a case by case basis. According to the CDC & other health experts, individuals with COVID 19 can exhibit a wide range of symptoms such as:
Fever or chills
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Muscle or body aches
New loss of taste or smell
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
While some may be asymptomatic; the majority of the population tend to experience mild to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. If you display the symptoms listed, you may have contracted COVID-19. Please quarantine and get tested as soon as possible. If you have tested positive for Corona virus; we ask that you do not travel until you have received at least two separate negative test results. As questions and concerns arise as a result of COVID-19, our company has implemented number of precautionary measures to provide the highest level of protection for our customers and staff.
All employees must wear a mask & practice social distancing. We require clients to do the same. Furthermore, all company working areas are cleaned and disinfected daily & we have instructed all employees to seek medical attention immediately if they feel unwell. We do not allow sick employees to report for work under any circumstances. If a chauffeured vehicle is requested, a thorough cleaning of vehicle interior surfaces with disinfectant wipes is conducted following each ride.
As a result of our new protocols, we limit physical interaction between client & driver. Hand sanitizer & in most cases masks, are made available in the passenger area of each vehicle. We reiterate, the wearing of masks & the practice of social distancing is mandatory to receive service.
