It's simple. Our chauffeur drives his or her personal vehicle to your home, office, or wherever you may be; parks the vehicle, and then uses your car to become your personal chauffeur.
Your chauffeur is yours for however long you desire his or her service. Once you've satisfied our four hour minimum requirement.
Billable time starts after our driver arrives at the address you designated for pick up and completes a 10 minute inspection of your vehicle. Our drivers will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your requested pick up time to complete this required inspection, and you will not be billed for those minutes.

Your chauffeur remains with your car for the entire service period; or you may request to be escorted in the venue for added security.
You may contact your driver to inform him or her of changes via his or her cellular phone.
Charges are billed (at the end of your service period) to the credit card provided to secure your reservation. No cash payments are accepted.

Our chauffeurs are employees of our company, an not contracted. We do utilize affiliate companies to provide limousine and charter bus services.
The chauffeur’s attire is at the client’s request. Upon requests for formal attire, a black suit, white shirt and black tie is worn, and a black polo sport shirt and black pants are worn upon requests for casual attire.
Yes, you may request the same driver every time. We will make every effort to ensure your request is accommodated whenever possible.
Yes, we can accommodate all requests for sedans, SUV's, vans, limos and charter buses.
The inspection is performed for your safety and protection. It is to assess whether the vehicle is in lawful condition to be driven.
Your seatbelts, insurance, registration, inspection, lights, turn signals, horn, tires and brakes.
Safeway Drivers does not add a gratuity to our service fees. Tipping is appreciated, but completely voluntary and at the client’s discretion; the industry standard is 20%.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up 24 hours in advance. You will be charged a $75 fee for any cancellation or change made with less than 24 hours notice.
All reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance but can be made up to 3 months in advance.
Yes, you must however, call our office to do so, and we will make every attempt to accommodate you.
Insurance laws in most states dictate that coverage follows the vehicle regardless of the driver; your insurance will provide coverage in the event of an accident. We do carry special liability insurance should an accident occur as a direct result of negligent behavior by one of our drivers.
